The article points out that the increase of the enterprise’s technical equipment tails the growth of the role and responsibility of every worker and the whole labour collective in the process of production and in the same time creates the favourable ditions to make labour more meaningful, bringing better satisfaction. Hence the greatest importance belongs to the further development of the complex mechanization and automation of production. In prospect this process leads to the prevalence in material production of highly skilled and well educated workers carrying out control and service of the efficient automatic equipment.
