Abstract
The nature of the notions "civilization" and "culture" are discussed in detail. According the author assumption of humanism as an universal value entails the interpretation of the Human history as sledding of the Humanity towards the establishment of an universal civilization based on the principles of individual freedom and inter-individual dialog.
