Abstract
Pursuing the goal of increasing its political influence, the USA under the President B.Obama within their public diplomacy have engaged civil society activists from the countries of the region in the US programs and provided them with technical and financial opportunities to solve the internal problems. Much attention was paid to creating and implementation of the affordable for local population technological means of communication, which were necessary for the USA in order to reach the maximum audience.
