Abstract
Russian-brazil relations at the present stage are considered in the article, politic and commercial and economic component is analyzed. The main question that the author asks is what prevents Russia to become a real and not a nominal partner with Brazil. The stress is made on economic circumstances in Russia, weak parts of Russian economy are analyzed, new sectors where the interaction for both countries could be more perspective are being revealed.
