Abstract
The article is devoted to the interpretation of the democratic freedoms of the Tories - Boling- broke, Hume, Burke. According to the author, they interpreted the theory of “social contract”, “natural law”, the “right of revolution” from the standpoint of psychologism and pragmatism.
