Abstract
The article discusses the issues and concerns related to the Copenhagen agreement, and considers the response of RIC countries to climate debate that followed the conference in Copenhagen. It further develops the discussion at the 9th Tripartite Conference of Scientists from Russia, India and China on the similarities and differences in national policies of three countries and proposed actions and plans in respect of climate change.
