Abstract
Russian companies are increasingly proclaiming their commitment to the principles of corporate social responsibility, recognizing their strategic potential, and reporting on social investments in personnel. The article examines the assumption that the results of social activities of employers are reflected in the level of well-being in an appropriate way employees and the quality of their working life. The principles of internal corporate social responsibility of business are formulated, and the degree of their implementation is assessed based on the results of sociological surveys conducted in 2011-2013 in the Irkutsk region. The dependence of the level of internal corporate social responsibility on the economic situation and size of the company, as well as the differentiation of social services depending on the professional and official status of employees. It is concluded that the main incentive for the implementation of a socially responsible strategy for personnel is the rigidity of competition in target markets and the labor market.
