Abstract
The article analyzes the impact of socio-economic changes in 2011 on the quality and standard of living of the population. It is revealed that the decline in the standard of living in 2011, which caused the downward movement of 7.7% of the population to the less affluent strata, affected the deterioration of the quality of life. Measures are proposed to develop mechanisms for regulating this process.
