Abstract
Tendencies in the development of interdisciplinary socio-psychological researches of labour consciousness and behavior are analyzed. Intensive formation of social psychology of labour is connected with the study of psychological problems of employment, loosely interpretation of labour activity of individual and collective subject of labour, increase in number of nonstandard and informal kinds of labour activity. Variety of forms of the latter is accompanied by such new socio-psychological peculiarities of labour behavior as professional universalization of subject of labour and expansion of its unrestricted creative kinds, requiring high level of intellectual development, creative decisions and etc. The main tendency in the development of present-day psychology of labour - profound analysis and taking into account the role of heterogeneous social factors of labour activity - is based on in the article.
