Abstract
The hypothesis is put forward, that the territorial non-uniformity and instability of economic development is defined by presence at the people living in this or that territory by various perception and performance of time. The postulates are offered, with which help the proof of a hypothesis will be carried out. The conformity of types of economic development to kinds of performance/perception of time is revealed. The assumption is stated that perception/performance of time are responsible for formation of architecture of economic behaviour. The assumptions of identity of economic time and economic development are offered, with which help the origin of some economic phenomena is interpreted. In the proof the historical, psychological and ethnographic materials are used.
