Abstract
The article takes focus on the spatial economic inequality as a factor of economic growth in federal districts. cor the period N99U-OMMU it is evaluated the regional economic disparity Espatial dini indexF by federal district. qhe econometric modeling finds the optimal levels of spatial dini index for dom of federal districts. qhe economic losses of dom caused by the redundant spatial economic inequality are evaluated. qhe analysis shows that the CentralI korth-testI rral and car bast federal districts suffer inefficient but stable economic equilibrium within the zone of redundant spatial economic disparity. As well as this destructive equilibrium grows in the pouth and piberian federal districts. qhe analysis shows that postponing of decisions in redundant inequality resolving makes actual more radical solutions.
