- Abstract
- On the basis of the analysis of new "jargonisms" in 1992, 17 criteria of varying degrees of applicability were identified for identifying unmarked quotations, dating back to the descriptions of 44 words with a question mark in the "Explanatory Dictionary of the Living Great Russian Language" by V.I. Dahl. The proposed model of source study analysis of lexicographic description has been tested on marginal lexical material, but it can also help in assessing the level of philological reliability and independence of data from other dictionaries.
