Abstract
Perverbs in the Dan Gueta language are distinguished by increased autonomy in relation to the verb stem. They not only can be separated from the verb by various autonomous word forms, but they can also carry an article, determinatives, and an indicator of plurality. However, the sphere of action of these determinants, attached to preverbs, is the entire verb complex (preverb + verb), while the determinatives acquire adverbial meanings, the definite article expresses the meaning of "premeditated action", and the pluralis indicator - verbal plurality. All this forces us to consider preverbs as part of the analytical form of the verb.
