- Abstract
- The article contains a corpus study of Russian genius constructions with the words kuna, mountain, heap, etc. and a detailed description of restrictions on their use. It is shown that these constructions form a kind of category of "lexical plurality", which exists along with the grammatical one and represents its own system of non-trivial semantic oppositions in the quantitative zone, distinguishing a set of objects by qualitative features, such as the heterogeneity of constituent objects, their ordering, evaluativeness, etc. ...
