Аннотация
В статье рассматривается взаимовлияние децентрализации государственного управления и формирования политического режима. Исследуются оба возможных канала причинно-следственных связей: воздействие политической системы на формат децентрализации и воздействие децентрализации и федерализма на структуру политической системы. Также рассматривается роль прочих факторов, способных модифицировать характер взаимосвязи децентрализации и политической системы, прежде всего международной торговли. Обсуждаются различия формальной и неформальной децентрализации как факторов политической трансформации.
