Abstract
The article describes the development of organized crime in Russia, the analysis of the current state and prospects for the fight against organized crime, modeling a system of measures to combat organized crime. Expressed the view that the flaws in the criminal policy has become one of the system criminogenic factors. Shows a diagram of criminal control of economic activity. The approaches to the development of modeling techniques, aimed at establishing a science-based system of measures to combat organized crime.
