Abstract
Various methods of evaluation of grammar features stability are compared in this paper. All these methods arise from Greenberg’s early ideas and realize them with the use of computer typological databases. This allows to obtain an objective qualitative estimation of features stability. Reasons for disagreement between estimations by different databases are analyzed.
